Heats very slowly (which is probably normal) so don't expect to eat for quite a while. The point is to put the food on early and let it cook unattended.

It does what it says. The removable section is excellent.

Miserably slow. I tried to melt a block and a half of Velveeta cheese (block was in cooler, half was not), and it took more than two hours. I wish there was an extra setting. Keep warm at 20% capacity, 40% capacity was low, 70% capacity was medium, and...
