I had this microwave for 5 months now and for the most part it's a good microwave. There are something that I don't like, for instance the microwave only can do a single functions, ei. if it's cooking you can't put the timer on to time something else....

My husband and I bought this just over two years ago. We went to open it and the handle broke off recently. Of course since we're out of warranty we'll probably have to buy a part that shouldn't even have broken in the first place. Stay away!

The time is difficult to read....too small. The numbers are not very eary to use...ie: you need to puch them pretty hard to activate. Confusion as to how to use convection.

The Convection use is worthless, takes longer to cook than your average oven, even the microwave doesn't heat up as much as my old one....So Id give it a 4 Star rating out of 10
