The microwave start making a very loud noise after four months.. The customer service has been very good about replacements.

I bought this in April and it's been great except the inside is starting to rust

I have used both the microwave and convection and works great. However I had to replaced the turntable wheeler for one of the wheeler was not staying in placed. Great customer service and timing of the part mailed to my home.

It works very well. It's just a little smaller than I thought it would be.

Looks attractive and works well. One small defect - the glass in front of the clock is hazy. Display looks like a readout through fog.

This microwave replaced the same model that died about 13 months after we bought it. We bought the same model because it was the only one with a conventional heating in our price range. This time we took the extended warranty.
