Heats up quickly and straight forward to use

Really hard to clean and stains easy

The actual oven controls were a bit confusing when we first bought the cooker but now I've used the cooker a few times it's no bother at all.

Doesn't ignite first time,takes 2 or 3 attempts to light tge oven

It looks great and cooks quickly like a dream! Much faster than my previous gas cooker in fact.

The only thing I dislike is the markings for off on the knobs are not clear at all. They'd be better in red or bold black so they stand out more in a dim kitchen!

WE were not told that we had to provide a power cord and set that up ourselves. NOT GOOD!

Excellent value for money and the plates heat up really quickly. Looks good, too. I am extremely satusfied with the product and the service.

No, not at the price. Keep in mind this is not a top of the range product with lits of features. However it does what it is meant to do.

That the marks on the knobs are very small and the same colour as the oven so have to really look!

No markings on the knobs to see if they are on or off
