The product I think is durable because I dropped the bowl on a hard floor and there was no dent. It's great.

The power on off is confusing when you switch it off you are actually switching it on? Should be better marked to inform you what you are doing.

We use it daily, rice perfect every time, large capacity, looks good. Can cook small quantities or large, no issues. Would recommend.

I used the sauté function to make a chicken stew. I know, and it's does the rice to perfection. Really love it.
