Sunpentown WA-9000E Portable Air Conditioner Review Questionable Reliability
I bought a WA-9000E unit through Newegg to help cool my bedroom. The room is small, has a couple of computers in it, and faces the sun in the evening, so it can get uncomfortably hot. I also have roommates and usually keep the door shut.

Depending on humidity, I have to empty the water reservoir every 4-8 hours. It can be quite a nuisance after a while

So Far So Good!
Great unit which I would recommend at 1 month into ownership
This unit will cool down my 150 Sq Ft bedroom in about 3 hours on high. We have a heat pump system which absolutely does not work worth beans. This AC unit will cool even in 90 degree humidity! I have not hooked up a drain hose yet which looks simple....
The difference between Fan Speed is not noticeable. Also, the unit does not shut down when the water fills up the collector. However, I have not read the manual on this, and I think there is an adjustment

Seems good so far

Well, i order this unit due to good reviews........ Like the other review said, it had double box and box look ok from outside, when i receive, but when i open the box, it seems the box was put upside down, so i am not sure if the ups guy throw it out...

Got this for my folks , they LOVE it. unit has a alrm to let you knoe to empty water chamber and it automatically shuts down until you do. Remote works great! puts out a lot oa cool air !
