this ac is really good the best in my house so far and its less btu then my living room AC which is the same brand gets the room really cold even on low fan settings within 10 mins tops

only problem i had is when its on high it makes a strange sound like a rattle sound i dont know why because i took it out and put it back and made sure i drilled everything solid tight! but yea thats the only problem i had high AC settings

Only thing was it needs about 1" high more opening then it says because of the way it goes in . once it's in the specified height is correct. But to slide it in you need more. I had to remove window locks to get another 1/2". And my window was larger...
