Poor experience
I am very unhappy with the frame defections that came on the unit. Since newegg does not allow this item be returned for exchange or anything once accepted from UPS, I can only bite the bullet and endure the corresponding dismay.
Fast shipping
The unit I received comes in a very worn box - one that you'd think to have sit in the bottom of a pile of stocks in the warehouse for years

Decent unit - arrived damaged during shipping
The unit does a decent job of cooling off my 450 sq ft living room. It is a bit noisy, but I just turn up the volume on the TV. If you're used to apartment living anyway, it's not too bad
The metal casing of the unit was damaged during shipping (I assume) and both sides were bent in pretty bad. Also, the unit is pretty heavy (about 70lbs, I think) so make sure you have two people to help set it up

To all those who may want to consider into buing this ac, i may warn you that it's quite loud.
This air conditioner is cool when you open it for a few minutes
I've been using this ac for around one week already and its still as loud as the first time i bought it. I wish this ac is not loud becuase it's causing a disturbance for me to read a book on my spare time

Great for small Apartment
Installation was a breeze, just RTM! Also if you use a fan in tandem with this, like I am, you can increase the actual amount of rooms this will cool. Also the air direction blades are a little wierd.
