I have had 7 steam expresso makers by different mgfrs over the years and this one by far has the lowest rating. The metal parts had to be retrued, the steam "wand" flimsy will not last past the warranty period. At least the resevoir capacity is enough...

Quiet, powerful, easy to use, easy to clean. For the price, it would be hard to beat the quality of this machine.

We tried three more expensive machines bought from Bed, Bath, and Beyond. All of them leaked and were more difficult to use. This machine is simple to use and makes a perfect cafe con leche.
