Poorly designed for ease-of-use
Doubt the designers actually tried to use this machine. Do not recommend it.

Good Coffee Maker but.........
I see this a a design flaw and would not recommend it.
Nice looking, easy to program user interface, widely distributes hot water over coffee grounds, make real hot coffee
I subtracted two eggs only because it is next to impossible to pour water in the reservoir using the coffee pot without spilling water into the coffee grounds ; There is a very small target area in the corner of reservoir to hit or you will spill water...

Second Time Around
This is my second purchase of a high end Krup's coffeepot. I was delighted with the first one so I didn't bother looking for some other brand. So far, the second one has met all of my expectations.

Terrible product
I can't even begin to say how disappointed we were with this machine. It leaks badly (out of the machine itself), takes forever to brew, noisy, and doesn't stay warm. A complete waste of money and will be thrown out with the trash.

Careful!
Don't buy this coffee maker. It does not hold heat long enough. It leaks when we pour. (Was warned about this, but I thought that was a careless person--NOT.)
