Easy to fill with water and easy to use. cleanup is pretty simple

have to remove tray for regular sized coffee cups. It only has room for cups that are 2.5 inches or smaller with tray on

After 2 weeks and about 10 cups of coffee the unit would not power on. The water would not heat. I did not purchase this from newegg. My mistake. I now have to take it in for repair. Not my idea of a quality product
