Does not come with permanent filter only paper, controls coplicated at first.

Easy to load and control. Not complicated. Filter coffee side easy to fill and clean. Makes good coffee. Expresso easy to load and operate. Thermostatic cut of on filter.

Expresso a little more difificult to clean. Milk frother useless. Not enough pressure on the Expresso side. Cappuchini poor. No permanent filter. No filler jug for expresso. No flavour control.

Easy to use

Lacks coffee grinder so you will need to purchase separately or buy ground. Water storage for expresso has tendency to leak. Valve at base of storage container poor design.

Compact, cappacino, espresso and filter all in 1 machine, good quality build (especially compared to specialist and more expensive machines), and easy to clean - the new steamer nozzle is a big improvement over the design on previous machines.

It's not one of the more expensive machines that 'does it all for you;' that's about all really!
