Makes coffee. Has a low/med/high temp selector for carafe. Heats water in a separate fixture to the right which would be good for tea/cocoa fans. Fairly decent build

Design makes it nearly impossible to fill with water without spilling about 4 oz all over the counter. Everyone in the office has expressed deep frustration about this and we ended up buying a siphon just to fill it

Does everything I can ask of it. Didn't think I'd use it much, but have come to really love the hot water dispenser. Worth the money

As other reviewers have noted, it can be somewhat tricky to fill the coffee maker reservoir as the opening is on the small side and in the center rear of the unit. Replacement water filters are expensive

Amazing water feature that comes with the cuisinart CHW. Bit the bullet and went with this one instead of just the Mr. Coffee and with the 3/yr warranty also. Glad that we made the purchase. I am sure we will be very satisfied with this

It is a little difficult to pour the water in the resourvior for the coffee. Takes a few times to get it down
