The quality of the product is extremely poor. The filter holder was difficult to open and so thin that I felt it was going to fall apart when I opened it for the very first time hence why I returned it.

This coffee maker is the perfect machine for making coffee. Although the first cup comes out not very warm but the longer the coffee maker is left switched on the next cups become warmer. Would recommend.
