Bought 21st January. The seal from the extractor blade has now gone missing. 3 days since I reported it and am still waiting for John Lewis to get back to me to replace the seal. Haven't been able to use it without the seal -liquid pours out everywhere.

This is a sturdy, well designed product. It pulverises fruits, vegetables and nuts and does it by itself - rather than you having to hold it in place as you do with the Nutribullet. The parts are well built and strong and look like they will last.

An excellent helper for my smoothies as preparation time is 1 minute to produce a delicious savoury or sweet one .
