Unlike many others I have been very disappointed with this product. I have very thick hair, shoulder length, so used two packs on my hair. Sadly the colour is washing out - four weeks on my grey hairs and natural dark brown hairs are shining through....

I have just received it this morning and after spending an hour applying, washing and drying, my grey hairs remained the same! Not what you would expect from a product that states 100% grey coverage! Worst hair dye I've ever used!
