i bought this item a few months ago i have tried several times with them it is best to watch the video on utube and you can see if you have longer or thick hair they barely make a wave in it as they are non returnable it has been a total waste of money...

The most expensive curlers I've ever bought and the worst, and I'm stuck with them because of a no return policy. My hair will not curl with them and comes out extremely frissy! Dreadful, dreadful product, do not buy.

Bought these after reading great reviews. I have very fine shoulder length hair, they do add volume but the velcro tends to make it a bit frizzy and the clips definitely leave kinks. Disappointed overall.

These are expensive,no denying that but I think they are great. I love how simple they are to use and the super fast heat up is amazing. I use heated rollers daily so for me this is a good investment. I would 100% recommend.
