Ordered a few weeks ago. Then tried to cancel order wouldn't let me. I have now returned item once delivered as I did not want it. Now very is still trying to charge me.

I bought this so I could colour match My hair, was quick delivery. You get a swatch of hair on a ring which tells you the colour code. The hair swatch is longe ough to put against your own hair to determine if it matches.
