this item is fairly easy to use, alot of options, and good options for your voices, your not stuck with one you dont like

Lack of POI's. Although I am still learnig how to use some of the options. I have a slanted windshield so the suction feature is not possible and the dash mount is too far away. I still haven't found the perfect spot

use it right out of the box,even for a novice,very easy to program,very accurate,best of all tomtom give you free up dates to keep it up dated,I doen loaded TOMTOM HOME it gives my the opprotunity to progam it the way I want it

could have a little more POI's but thats no problem as TOMTOM HOME can let you choose the ones you want
