Tomtom Start (UK & ROI Maps) with Free Case

first time i used the tom tom was in London-mostly it was excellent-had never driven in London before-it does the job

had a problem working out how to fix it to the windscreen-but otherwise ok

Easy to use and a good windscreen mount,first sat nav i have used and am quite impressed so far.

Not always right when a post code is put in, but always close.

Fast, accurate, gives instructions/warnings in good time, does not have to be in window to receive GPS signal

takes a little time to get used to using

Very simple to use. Intuitive interface. Very fast route planning and re-planning if you go off route. Basic sta nav, but if you are only need to get from A to B, it it great.

Sometimes the instructions tell you to turn right etc, when there is no turning, but if you look at the sat nav, it normally when there is a sharp bend etc.

nice size and easy to use

You cannot program the route to avoid motorways and or major roads from the menu which is a feature on most sat navs

Very simple to use even my wife got it after one attempt (shock). The screen is a nice size the picture is very clear and has a couple of views. The on screen information is very good and accurate.

Only bad point is the screen shen typing in your post code or address does not always pick up the touch. Bti fustrating.

Easy to use. Small enough to fit in the pocket. Good battery life. Clear screen. Screen view customisable. Good selection of voices. Very accurate and does the job it is meant to do well.

Needed updating and so had to spend extra via the Tom Tom website.

TOMTOM PRODUCTS ARE MAC COMPATIBLE SO MAKE IT EASY TO UPDATE ETC. I HAD A TOM TOM 1 AND MY DAUGHTER LIKED IT SO MUCH SHE NICKED IT!!!

Nice and easy to get going. I had it working within 10 minutes of purchase. I read lots of reviews on this model - and was so impressed by them that I just had to have one.
