The sound, picture, file formats support are excellent

But the menu design is clunky. Remote response is not immediate. Also, there is no button for subtitle. All other make has one.

Easy setup. Just plug it in and go.

No optical output for sound - but I didn't need it anyway so not really a bad point.

I use this connected to an 37" LG LCD Full HDTV and the quality is excellent. The upscaling is that good I play standard dvd's on it and I can't tell any difference in picture quality to a Blu-ray disc. You can pay a lot more money for other branded...
