death warrant is another early van damme classic and is brilliant and reminds me of stallones lock up.again van damme gives another top notch performance and david goyer screenplay is very good.it goes along at a cracking pace and delivers non stop...

If you like prison films, then this is the one for you. It has Van Damme doing what he does best, (not acting) fighting with some tough guys and trying to escape from hell.

some people prefer van dammes earlier films i like them all but for them people this one is unmissable great martial arts flick.
