Was happy with the player but now after 2 year's it has no power

Great Sony picture and audiophile stereo sound. Nobody can explain why it drops out CD /USB 44.1kHz sound via coax out to my Technics SU-G700M2 while it does not do it with my 9 years old Yamaha RX-A1010. So, return pending.
