NCAA Football 08

Otherwise, this year's game plays like last year's, which isn't a total surprise. Last year had a lot of problems though, like mediocre AI, dumb defenses, and easy-to-manipulate offenses. This year, the AI has been beefed up to add challenge – no more...

Football Manager 08 review

Football management games have a pretty small target market, mainly because while many people have some of the following traits: obsessive, football fan, spreadsheet hero, willingness to spend entire days in one room with a flickering screen – not many...

If you're into world football and have no friends, good news: Football Manager 2008 has arrived.

Thank you Boise State. If it wasn't for your Statue of Liberty play and upset of Oklahoma, I'd have to see Chris Leak on the cover of NCAA Football 08. While I can't do anything about the way my Ohio State Buckeyes played last year against Florida, I...

It's an improvement over last year's version but there were things missing in last year's version that should've been in there. Nevertheless, NCAA Football 08 offers some good college football action.

Call me what you will, but I've never followed sports. Whether it's my frail figure, a lack of competitive drive, or a desire to be average, I was cut from a cloth a few threads short of masculine. However, there has always been one sport that allows...

NCAA has always been a good franchise, but it’s a few steps shy of being a great one. The current strategy works, and it's content can drive sales no matter the how good the product, but for the less hardcore player, these antics age very quickly. I...

NCAA Football 08 Review

Flawed, frustrating, and incomplete...NCAA 08 still manages to work; it just depends on how you want to play it.

In the end, the "B" grade may seem a bit on the high side, and perhaps it is, but so much depends on how you want to play the game. Playing in a multi-player Dynasty is A Grade fun despite the flaws, Campus Legend is certainly worth investigating and...

NCAA Football 08 Review (Xbox 360)

earns the distinction of being the first next-gen EA Sports game to run at a buttery smooth 60 frames per second. This makes the most difference in the animation department, and you’ll instantly notice how responsive the game is, especially with the...

NCAA Football 08

It's July, so that means it's officially time to start the video game football season! With NCAA 08 and All-Pro both coming out recently, gamers are likely attempting to choose between those two when it comes to their pre-Madden gaming. Look for Chris...

Despite its shortcomings, NCAA Football 08 remains a fun game, and is a good improvement on 07. The addition of Campus Legend adds a lot of value to the title, despite the still-lacking online portion.

The second time's the charm for EA's junior gridiron juggernaut

Superb gameplay ; Robust Dynasty mode ; Sweet tackling animations

Hyperactive crowds ; Field barely deteriorates ; Recruiting is pretty tough

NCAA Football 08 Game Review - Xbox 360

The game still plays relatively the same to last year's version with a few minor tweaks thrown in. The play-calling moves at a much faster pace this time, and players wont stand around waiting for you pick a play. The problem with NCAA 07 mainly relied...

The best college football game out there; Campus Legend and Super Sim add hours of replay

Not much has changed since last year; presentation looks average; Lee Corso is VERY annoying

Playing the game is still relatively easy for fans of the series, but newcomers may find it hard to grow accustomed to all the buttons. While executing plays on the offense is quite a simple feat, the AI never truly feels adequate to cater to your...
