pure Chinese quality. designed and manufactured in there, making another garbage for this country.

it doesn''t work. as soon as i plugged it, a spring came off and scanning head couldn''t move. thanks to nice customer service by pcnation, it was replaced twice only to see the sames problem.

There was a very long delay in shipping this item. It seemed that it was released for sale but there weren''t hardly any available in the US

It is a relatively inexpensive 11 x 17 color scanner. Earlier models worked well

The first one I bought broke after about a week of use. Plustek was helpful about replacing it. But it was unavailable for 2-3 weeks white lthey were replacing it. Also the software shipped with it didn''t work and I had to download the drivers from...

Dirt simple to set up, fairly fast operation and warm up. Nice appearance, fits snug to the wall.

Marvelous machine, included software somewhat clunky, but the scans make up for it.

Cost, chintzy software.
