Transformers: Fall of Cybertron

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron is the followup to 2010's War for Cybertron and it follows the story of the Autobots escape from their doomed home planet and attempted escape from Megatron and his Decepticons. Packed with robot punching robot action,...

Lots of treats for fans. Good game play for the rest of us. Looks pretty good

Some graphics suffer. Needs a more original multiplayer experience

Fall of Cybertron is a good game on its own. The fact that it takes a beloved franchise and doesn't ruin it makes it that much better.

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron

Transformers: War for Cybertron was not only one of 2010's best shooters, but also one of its best licensed games. While hardware limitations might

Transformers: Fall Of Cybertron Review

A game that shows Michael Bay that explosive action AND an interesting story can coexist.

While its letdown by a lack of campaign co-op and some disappointingly dull button-prompt battles, Fall Of Cybertron is still a fantastic third-person shooter, with great set pieces, explosive combat and solid multiplayer. Transformers: Fall of...

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron (Xbox 360 / PS3) Review

Charged with energon, High Moon Studios roll out with other robotic struggle between the Autobots and Decepticons.

Great atmosphere and fan service ; Narrative is interesting and feels impending ; Exceptional production ; Game feels great to play, again we actually feel like a gigantic robot ; All basics are covered; this is a full “Transformers” experience ;...

Campaign playtime is short ; Co-Op and character selection has been removed ; Could have used more MP maps

Shooting to save Cybertron, High Moon saves the day with another astonishing Transformers product. Fans, you will be delighted at the measure of “fandom” that 'Fall of Cybertron' absorbs while still being a very capable action-shooter adventure. This...

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Review

Roll out… and all that good stuff.

Tons of bots and mission variety; Love for the brand and tons of fan service; Multiplayer that lets you build your own bot

I T-Rex robot should be more amazing; But a weak overarching campaign

But we still have to ask ourselves: Can we call ourselves Transformers fans? If you've got a fondness for Hasbro's brand, High Moon Studios does not disappoint. If you played with a Transformer as a child and haven't revisited your inner 8-year-old in...

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Review

FoC is a step forward for the Transformers property albeit a small one. What remains impressive is that the game stays true to the roots of the series, good enough to stand as official canon.

Overall art-direction; Variation in playing style; Story execution

Simplistic perk system and interactivity; Weapon variety unengaging

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron Review

Transformers: War For Cybertron was the game all fans knew was possible but had never really happened: a good Transformers game (the PS2 one was okay, but not great). What is it about London developers realizing long-crushed dreams of fanboys...

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron

It's worth a look for anyone after a solid shooter, but offers Transformers fans of old a little extra fan..

Overall, it's a superior game to War for Cybertron - from fixing the ammo situation to having a more variety in gameplay. The fact that you aren't playing through two campaigns which are virtually the same helps. It still offers up more for the aging...
