DDRMAX Dance Dance Revolution

Dance Dance Revolution has become more than a phenomenon and much, much more than a simple fad. It's actually become a total movement. Initially taking Japan by storm, DDR's slow but steady invasion of the globe has established a solid following of...

Simply put, DDR Max features the same addictive gameplay of the previous games, but with a lot more options. Considering the sheer number of songs presented, the game more than makes up for itself value wise, but if you then throw in all the specific...

DDRMAX: Dance Dance Revolution

DDRMAX is the first DDR game available for the PlayStation 2. After three installments on the PlayStation, Konami took the next-generation leap to newer hardware. But would the newer hardware result in a better overall title? Yes and no.

DDRMAX is a great addition to the PS2's software lineup, and belongs in your collection. It's a recommended purchase for all players, whether you're into slow dancing or fast-paced step mania. Buy it.

DDRMAX Dance Dance Revolution

With three Dance Dance Revolution games available for the PS One in the U.S., Konami has finally released a DDR game that is specifically designed for the PlayStation 2. The result is nothing short of stunning. DDRMAX Dance Dance Revolution is easily...

DDRMAX: Dance Dance Revolution

Better than the Japanese version? You betcha!

71 songs; "Oni" mode; 60 fps display; remastered sound

No arcade link, no "Append" mode, "Oni" mode is impossible to pass on a soft pad

DDR Max: Dance Dance Revolution

Dance Dance Revolution has become something of a cult phenomenon in the past few years. I myself was introduced to it that way. I had tried playing it in the arcade once or twice, but couldn't figure much out - it wasn't until a girlfriend had a DDR...

Lots of modes; Lots of songs; Lots of replay

Need to buy special controllers; Difficulty level too high for novice players

Final Verdict: This is a great entry on the PS2 - it's got something for any fan of the genre. The only problem with these games is that there is such a huge following of the series. In order to satisfy them, the developers need to continually add...

I'm A Contender, The Game Tells Me So

Let it be known that I am a huge Rocky fan. In fact, I wanted to take up boxing again because of being inspired by Rocky movies. This is not the way to do things by the way. I am not Rocky and I will lose against an opponent twice my size. Anyway, so ...

Rocky! Fun, fast paced, unlockables

Some music, fighting match after match can get tedious

If you love the Italian Stallion, you'll love this game!

Rocky for Playstation 2 combines all of the excitement of the Rocky movie franchise with a realistic boxing game that is both challenging and fun. The opening title screens start you off with, perhaps the most exciting piece of music ever written - ...

Great nostalgia, Fun game with a real "Rocky" feel, challenging
