Very quick at recalculating when a diversion is in place because of road works. Warnings of roundabouts and which exit to take are given in good time to get into lane (sometimes before you can see the roundabout!). Our road atlas is never detailed...

When travelling to the south of France (avoiding tolls - motorways) it is better to follow the route to ensure it is the most direct. TomTomOne took us through Avignon and from Aix en Provence to Marseille instead of directly to St Tropez.

EASY YO USE, MANY ADDRESS OPTIONS AND LIGHT TO CARRY IT.

Never had a SatNav before, but compared this to my friend's TomTom 910. This is the SatNav to have if you just want the basic useful features. There are no extras that you will never use, but it ticks all the important boxes. Accurate, fast mapping....

Updates via the TomTom website, take ages. but it's the website not the SatNav. Battery Life when not plugged in is very short, so you need to use the supplied cable for any long journey. The Instructions are a bit scant, but full details are on the...

Easy to use, and not too distracting when driving

The mounting cannot easily be removed.

Relatively easy to use and quick to process instructions. Does the job better than any of the main rivals!
