I think this product was great!!! I got this for my birthday and it works wonders when I want to record my shows. even better is when you use DVD-RW. I recommend this.

This machine has one of the worst user interface architectures I've seen in a long time. For openers, the remote is cluttered and confusing: its face has a whopping 56 keys, and then there are 19 MORE tucked away under the flip-down numeric keypad....
